They were super fast got it done in 1 day

Recently had Buffalo's Best out to evaluate and repair a small leak around my chimney. They gave me a fair price and did a thorough job. I had a couple conflicts around scheduling and Scott worked with my schedule to find a good time for them to come out.Our installer, Corey, kept the job site clean and sent us pictures of the roof as the work progressed so I could see the progress and quality of the workmanship, which was great because getting up on a ladder two stories high isn't my cup of tea.So far, now that they're done, everything seems good after the rain we just had, which is a great outcome. I'm happy with the work and would use them in the future.

I just had a total tear off roof with new plywood installed, the guys were such hard workers and kept everything so clean! Highly recommend!

I had a double layer roof that had to be torn off and replaced. They started the job around 8:30am and were done by 5pm. It was very professional from start to finish.

They did my roof in 1 day and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It looks great. The only thing I didn't like was they left the dumpster in my driveway when they were done, but after I talked with Austin, he was able to get it taken away early the next morning so I could get to work on time. I would recommend them.

We just had our entire roof replaced by Buffalo’s Best Roofing the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the project manager took the time to explain the quote, timeline, and shingle options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The crew showed up right on time at 7:00 AM, worked efficiently, and completely protected our landscaping and flower beds. When they found a small patch of rotted decking underneath the old shingles, they stopped, took photos to show us, and fixed it quickly for a very fair, upfront price. Best of all, when they finished, the cleanup was so thorough that I haven't found a single stray nail or piece of debris in the yard. Highly professional company and quality work—we couldn't be happier!

Very good communication with site manager.. crew stayed late 2 days in a row.. thorough explanation from sales rep.. crew very professional and polite

My garage roof was leaking around the gutters for years. Another company said it was a gutter issue and gave new gutters… I still had the same issue. Buffalos best explained throughly the issue at hand was the actual roof, and the gutters were installed improperly, hence the ongoing issue. They completed a full tear off and replacement roof, along with a beam that needed to be replaced due to being cracked. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Finished in a timely manner within 1-2 days. The employees were courteous, cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Austin, the project manager, kept me in the loop the entire process which was nice to know how everything was going throughout the process. He came back a few days later to follow up, which was nice to go over everything and fix any issues or questions I had about the project. I had my garage roof replaced, they fixed the gutters and gave new downspouts at no charge. They are a fantastic company to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to refer friends/family to use their services. It’s been about 2 years and my roof looks as good as the day it was installed !!

From the initial consultation with Chris, the sales specialist, to the installation by a solid and professional team of workers, with oversight from Sam, through completion and final inspection by Austin, this was a VERY good experience. Of all the quotes I received from other companies, I was confident that Buffalo's Best Roofing was the best option for our home.Once the work was completed, the team cleaned everything up nicely. I have a whole new perspective and appreciation for the hard work that goes into roof installations. The team was great and they had a couple of women doing the job as well, and that was awesome to see!I now have peace of mind with our new roof.

I saw Buffalo Best Roofing working on a house across the street from me, I was so impressed at how well they were working, I went to my neighbor and pointed out how well the workers were working on that house, we both agreed! I told my neighbor that I was going to hire the same company to do mine. Fast forward, the need came and I'm very pleased with the work Buffalo Best Roofing did for me. My experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, polite and efficient.. I would highly recommend Buffalo Best Roofing!

Great experience

OMG. They arrived early and stayed till job was done. One day for a multi-story home. Sam, who over saw the job, checked often. I would definitely use them again. Thank You for a job well done.

Buffalo’s Best did a fantastic job with my roofing project! Every interaction with the company was extremely professional. I could tell right away when James came out for the estimate - he was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Prices were comparable to other companies but what really sold me was the follow-through. The scheduling and logistics were well organized from the start which goes a long way with me. The site manager, Sam, kept me informed on the day of the job. The entire process was smooth start to finish. After completion I received a personal phone call to ensure I was satisfied. 5 stars all around! For any future projects, I would absolutely go straight back to Buffalo’s Best Roofing. Thank you!!

Buffalo’s Best Roofing and Concrete was great to work with. The sales person (Don) who answered every question that we had. The project manager (Sam) who kept us informed every step of the way throughout the job. The crew had our roof done in one day. I do not think that they stopped working for a minute. We were amazed how clean the yard was after the crew left. I haven’t found a nail yet. Shane who installed the soffit and moved the vent for our bathroom fan was another great person also.Gregory and Elizabeth Sander

Needed a new roof this year was putting the project off for a while now. Process was easy from start to finish. Cleaned everything up. And even came back again just to double check for nails as I have 3 dogs. Def would ref them to anyone

Buffalo's Best Roofing has a fine conscientious/responsive team who made sure the roofing job was done right. This is the third roof we had installed. They corrected errors (i.e. missing ice barrier, improperly installed flashing) the previous two other roofing companies let go. Any and all questions answered quickly and to our satisfaction. They did a great job. Excellent clean-up and project review after they were done. Now the roof is ready to take on our WNY weather!

James was friendly & and easy to talk with Sales Rep. Project manager, Sam, was upfront & easy going to work with . The team worked consistently & effortlessly get the job done, even though the tear off showed more work was required. My house is extremely close to my neighbors & Sam actually spoke with them & promised their property would not be compromised. The crew did an outstanding clean-up on my property & my neighbors! I worked with Stephanie over the phone putting together a finance plan. She is extremely knowledgeable & made this process effortless... and, proficient when I called her back to make some changes on my financing!

They did a Stellar Job. Real true craftsmanship in their ability to mix quality with efficiency so well. Their crew was cleaning up every job while they were doing it, almost like individually assigned tasks made perfectly to mesh together so well which can be attributed to the hardest workers of the freezing cold crew knowing how to keep their warmth with performing to their highest potential, an expertise level of supervisor ship as well as job management skills came together to make the most perfectly able to perform the job team that was done in freezing cold Buffalo? NY temperatures in the middle of January. On the job end of the perspective That business is ran like an art work I don’t want to touch or get near it because it is so perfectly orchestrated and managed already. A Job well done and 5 out of 5 stars given from an effective honest consumer obliged to take the time out of my busy day to give respect and Kudos where they just fully should be given to. Thanks to Scott whom is the project manager and to the team manager who’s name escapes me right now but I will update it as soon as I find it out. Thank you again!

These guys were wonderful. Middle of winter with rain, snow and wind on an 80 year old roof. Got it installed in 4 days, which given the season, was fast in my opinion! From start to finish I am impressed.

I had a contractor leave me hanging for over two months on a metal roof… during rainy season. My wife and I were panicking as water damage increased. James from Buffalos Best saved us from that nightmare. They got started a day after signing us - he told me it would be done before xmas, but it was done by December 10th and it looks great. These guys are top notch, and to top it all off they gave me a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend using them if you need a roof, siding, or gutters.

I called buffalos best roofing and received a quote on a garage and house . They were so very reasonable after several other estimates I received, I decided to go with them. Their reviews were outstanding. Even better than that , they told me they can start the job within a week. They have a big crew and only took 1 day to do both the house and garage. Each of the crew were so friendly and professional. I definitely will spread their name. I am so very pleased with their work

I am very happy with my roof. Because my house is old - 114 years old- and quite large, it became an involved process and took longer than originally predicted. The team that did the roof were all hard working. Dominic even came and took down bushes that were in the way. I also had gutters done. Because of the weather, there was a delay in the placement of the gutters. When they were placed, I discovered that one of the downspouts was hooked to an incorrect drainage pipe when they were done, so I called Austin and the office to let them know and also advised the financial services that there would be a delay in my signing off on the completion until the downspout was corrected. Austin had the gutter people come out the next morning to correct the issue. The following day Austin came and did the final walk around and I verified with him that I could call the office if there were any problems that came up. Everyone was notified that I am satisfied with work and that final payment could be made.

Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t yet seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the damn roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. They were anxious to help me as I was to have the roof fixed once and for all, and scheduled to come out the same week. They promptly sent a team over to tarp the roof where it was leaking to spare me until the project could be completed. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call ‘my friends’ at Buffalo’s Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! Don’t nickel and dime with band aid remedies – bite the bullet like I did and put a new brain on your home…. You deserve it and so does your house! Buffalo’s Best – I am forever grateful to have found you! To all the staff who came to my aid and did a fast and expert job on my home – best wishes for a Happy Holiday Season 2025 and continued success and blessings in 2026. Sincerely yours, Mary Corio Town of Niagara, New York

I recently hired Buffalo Best Roofing Company to replace my entire roof, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Their communication was prompt and clear from the initial estimate , through the final walk-through. The crew was incredibly efficient, completing the tear-off and installation of the house and garage in a day. The final roof is top-quality, and the clean-up was immaculate. Their finance option / offering is the best. Highly recommend Buffalo Best Roofing Company!!!!

Buffalo's Best Roofing Company LLC did an outstanding job repairing my leaky roof. They gave me a reasonable price and got it done very quickly. I also appreciated their great communication throughout the process and would recommend them to anybody looking for reliable roofing!

The best service for anything that they offer and it came out amazing so I appreciate buffalo roofing for the amazing work they did and the best crew and the best service

I can’t say enough good things about Buffalo’s Best Roofing. I was in a pinch, my roof started leaking and I needed help fast. They answered right away and showed up quickly. Joe gave me a fair quote, and got the job scheduled without delay. The crew worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and managed to keep everything clean and organized even while working at full speed. They were done in a day. You could tell they take pride in what they do. By the time they finished, the roof looked amazing and I finally had peace of mind knowing it was done right. I’m beyond grateful for how professional and responsive they were when I needed it most. I highly recommend buffalos best roofing.

I highly recommend Buffalio's Best Roofing. Everybody I dealt with were professional and courteous. Im very happy with this company and will be using them again for another project and any others that might come up.

Buffalo’s Best Roofing truly lives up to its name! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The crew showed up on time, worked hard every single day, and their attention to detail was second to none. You could tell they took real pride in their work, flashing was cleanly finished, and the site was spotless when they were done. What stood out most was how tidy and organized they kept everything throughout the job. They protected the landscaping, cleaned up thoroughly throughout the day, and left my property looking better than before they arrived. It’s rare to see a roofing crew that works this efficiently while still taking the time to do things right. If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality, reliability, and respect for your home — Buffalo’s Best Roofing is it. Couldn’t recommend them more highly

Had 3 estimates from local roofers and Buffalo’s Best Roofing had the best offer, offering us more bang for our buck. They started early morning and was done by afternoon and everything was cleaned up with no debris left! Austin, Anthony and Ryan were very attentive and polite. Answered all my questions and did exactly what needed to be done. We had a very old solar panel on the roof that was causing leaking issues in the house. They were able to take it off with no problem! I would definitely recommend Buffalo’s Best Roofing Company!

These guys don’t just build roofs, they build trust. From the moment I called Buffalo’s Best Roofing, I knew I was in good hands. They treated my home like it was their own, respectful, honest, and genuinely caring every step of the way. The crew worked through long days with incredible attention to detail, and you could tell they took real pride in their work. When the job was done, I stood outside looking at the roof, grateful for how great it looked, but for how easy they made the whole thing. In a world where it’s hard to find people who truly care, they reminded me what integrity and hard work look like. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Buffalos Best!

Buffalo’s Best Roofing truly lives up to the name! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the process. They explained each step clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. The new roof looks amazing — top-quality materials, perfect installation, and no corners cut. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Buffalo’s Best Roofing to anyone who wants reliability, craftsmanship, and peace of mind

Great work done by Domenic and Austin ‘s team. Entire roof was done just perfect and on time. Highly recommended for roofing project.

Buffalo's Best Roofing did 2 jobs for us: a roof replacement on the garage, and a more custom, labor-intensive job replacing some of the exterior decorative trim on our craftsman house (between the floors and another line a few feet off the ground), as well as 2 rotted window sills. The roofing job was completed quickly and within the agreed-upon time frame (1-3 weeks). The second, harder job, was also supposed to have been completed within 3 weeks, but almost 3 months later (after many calls to the company) the job still hadn't even been scheduled. It wasn't until mid-October, when I asked for the job to be officially canceled and the deposit refunded, that a different contractor (Pete) was engaged. Pete and Jacob started a few days later and worked diligently until the job was completed. Pete was both gracious and responsive when I asked for more attention to certain details. Pete clearly wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and I appreciated this. They cleaned up, were professional, and wanted to make things right... so despite some bumpy moments with the company, I'm giving Buffalo's Best 5 stars for a strong finish.

Hello, we recently had a new roof installed on our garage. The workmanship was outstanding, and the roof looks marvelous. They left our property cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would recommend them to everyone.

Outstanding Service! Fast, Professional, and Immaculate Cleanup by Buffalo's Best I couldn't be happier with the job done by Buffalo's Best Roofing! From the very start, the entire process was quick and incredibly efficient without sacrificing any quality. My new roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship is clearly top-notch. A huge shoutout goes to the project manager, Austin, who was great to work with. Professional , responsive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The crew themselves were polite and professional. They worked diligently and were very respectful of my property. What really impressed me was the impeccable cleanup. I expected some debris, but they left the area around my house cleaner than they found it. If you need a roofing job done quickly, done well, and handled by a team that takes pride in its work and cleanup, look no further than Buffalo's Best. Five stars, highly recommended!

Day of job: everyone was excellent, knew what their role was and efficiently installed the roof, cleaned up debris, etc. Everyone was personable. Austin, the site manager, was ready to answer questions and seemed genuinely to care about the product being installed.

Pete and Jacob did a fantastic job! I couldn't be happier with their professional and friendly manner. Their taking the time to explain what they were going to do and why it needed to be done was greatly appreciated. I would give them six stars if I could! I highly recommend Buffalo's Best Roofing!

Peter and Jacob did a roof repair for me. My house was sold and before closing I found a leak near the chimney stack during a driving rain. Buffalo’s Best came and gave me an estimate and fit my job in to be done before closing. Peter and Jacob made fast work of the job replacing the pipes, collar, boot, shingles and sealing the area. They also replaced a couple of nails in the area which were causing the shingles to lift. I highly recommend them for roofing repairs. Thanks Guys!

The Buffalo Best Roofing Company provided a professional service at my 338 E Ferry Street property. They came in protected both houses that were adjacent to my address. Worked with precision and were done within 2.5 days. They were initially referred to me by a Fraternity brother and the price was reasonable. I would suggest contacting Austin directly!!!!

The crew was very efficient, showed up on time, and got right to work. I really appreciate the fact that they left my property neat and clean upon completion - no debris left behind at all. I am very pleased with my new roof. It looks fabulous! Many thanks to Al. Also, Austin was especially polite and helpful. Buffalo’s Best Roofing recently completed the siding on my home, and the transformation has been incredible—everyone in my neighborhood has complimented how beautiful it looks, and my family and I absolutely love it. While the project had a slow start and their initial performance wasn’t perfect, Keith and Kevin went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They genuinely worked in our best interest throughout the process. Scott, the project manager, stood out with his excellent communication—keeping us informed and making sure our concerns were addressed quickly. On the final day, Josh, another project manager, came by for a thorough walk-through to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction and to see if there was anything else we needed. Their commitment to customer service and willingness to make things right really impressed us. By the end, the results exceeded our expectations, and we are very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Buffalo’s Best Roofing to anyone looking for home improvement projects. They care about their customers and will make sure you’re happy with the final product.

I had an excellent experience working with Austin on my roofing project. He was responsive from the start, showed up on time, and clearly explained the scope of work and timeline. Throughout the job, he kept me updated and made sure every detail was handled with care. The roof looks fantastic, and it’s clear the work was done with quality and precision. Austin and his crew were respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly, and left no mess behind. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both skilled and professional. Pete came out and fixed a small issue we had from our install, no questions asked. He did a great job and they really are the BEST in buffalo!

Austin and Dominic and the whole team were great!! I had a leak in my roof from rotted plywood and their team worked Labor Day to do a full tear off to ensure I didn’t have anymore water leaking in. They finished same day and the total process took less than a week. The roof looks great and no more water! I also had a few fixtures come loose that were not properly installed during the project and they reattached them all. Overall the experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend them!

Within two weeks of the initial inquiry about getting our roof replaced we had an estimate, a contract and the roof completed! They were super fast and efficient and overall had fantastic communication with us! I would go back to Buffalo’s Best Roofing in a heart beat! My neighbors referred us and I will continue to spread the word now as well!

We used Buffalo’s Best for a full roof replacement with 7 skylights. We ran into some issues with the skylight supplier (no fault of Buffalo’s Best), which caused a slight delay. Scott the project manager worked with us to make sure the job was completed as soon as possible. The crew was hard working and did a great job. We are very happy with the appearance of the roof.

I would recommend Buffalos Best to anyone looking for a roof. This is the 2nd roof this company has installed for my family and the whole process was seamless. Stephanie was so helpful. We explained that we needed a new roof asap and she was able to book us for a quote the next day. John gave us our estimate and he was quick, straight to the point and answered any questions we had. Austin and his crew arrived on time and they were all friendly and efficient. They did a double tear off, installed our new roof and cleaned up after. The whole process from phone call to install took less than a week. 10/10 Thanks again!

Pete , Jacob were here on time very helpful and polite cleaned up nice id recommend them 100%

James, Keith, Austin, Andy, and the rest of the crew at Buffalo's Best Roofing have been fantastic to work with from the beginning. We purchased our first house last year and needed a complete roof replacement, including the decking. Our house is 100 years old and was a challenging project. We had 3 walled in chimneys with a 4th on the back of the house. We also lacked ridge vents or a vent for the bathroom. The bathroom had just been venting into the attic space. I wanted the chimneys brought down beneath the roof line and patched to create a complete roof. Other companies were too leery and hesitant about tackling our chimney situation. To the point that they wouldn't even bother giving us an estimate. James was very courteous and professional from his first visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, my wife's questions and laid out realistic expectations of the work that needed to be done. Even though our house was a challenge, he took the time to give the roof a proper inspection. He visited us on 3 separate occasions to discuss the work plan. He covered all possible extra material costs that could occur during the removal, and all financing options before I signed the contract. He took the time to work with us on a our budget since we have a large family. We're grateful that James broke down a project that seemed overwhelming at first to a much more manageable situation. We ended up bundling custom fit energy star windows and gutters with the roof project as well. Since we lacked gutters and all of our current windows were not fit properly, which allowed the cold winter air to seep in during our first winter. It took exactly one month from signing the contract for the roof to be installed. Austin corresponded with me as we waited for the permit approval to go over the work that needed to be done, and to make sure the right crew would be available for the day of. Austin and Andy corresponded with me as the work was being done while I was at work. Andy's crew showed up at 8am and the entire roof was replaced the same day. The crew was very courteous of our property and did not damage any of my wife's plants or our property. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly before they left. Making sure to not leave any garbage or nails behind. I would highly recommend Buffalo's Best Roofing to anyone who is in need of repairs, or a replacement. They are extremely knowledgeable and their pricing is upfront and honest. I feel much safer for this upcoming winter season knowing that I have a solid roof to shield and protect my family.

Fast ,dependable and timely! Highly recommend, cleanup was fantastic too, highly professional!

I highly recommend Buffalo’s Best Roofing! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and courteous. Autumn made scheduling the appointment easy and stress-free. Ethan provided a thorough and honest free estimate. Pete, who completed the flashing work on my roof, was outstanding—he called to let me know he’d arrived and gave me a clear timeline for the job. Pete was friendly and respectful throughout the process. After finishing the work, he took the time to explain everything he had done and even showed me the completed flashing. He assured me that if I had any issues, I could reach out to him. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days—Buffalo’s Best Roofing truly lives up to its name!

Took a minute but it is the busy season. More than well worth the waite! Courteous, professional crews, more than a fair price and finished days before they promised. Quite satisfied and I highly Recommend

Highly recommend! Pete was very professional and did an amazing job!

I would recommend Buffalo’s Best! We had a new roof installed on our house and back deck. Everyone in the process from the sales to the crew were extremely professional and respectful of ours and our neighbors property. Also, they had to move an electrical line for the back deck and did so without an additional charge. This was not in the contract. Dominick jumped right in and moved the line. Update: we had a concern so we called. Immediate response within 5 minutes! Pete came over within two days of calling and was able to help us and resolve the problem. The were so responsive and Pete was so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing patio!!!! What a great company. We could not be happier. The level of craftsmanship is out of this world. Our new concrete patio is fantastic. If you need a patio, this is the team for it. From upper management on down the entire staff was exceptional and we would highly recommend them. Now I know who I am using for a roof in a few years. Thank you so much.

I used Austin and Buffalo Best Roofing and their work was Outstanding. They showed up and cleaned up. Roof looks great. Now I am considering them for siding for my house.

Their team was very organized, fast and efficient! Done in just over a day with nothing left(cleaned up everything) but a beautiful new roof 😍

This is a follow up review based on some unfinished details and issues surrounding my concrete driveway installation. My thanks to the owner first and Dominic second for hearing my concerns and responding that they would be taken care of. The next thing that happened was the arrival of Dominic, missing only his Superman cape, who took care of what was needed. Over and above which is his usual response Crew came to fill in and level soil and seed at the driveway edge. They even sent a roofing crew to correct a concern I had from the roof installation they did last fall. Am I a satisfied customer? Emphatically so! And a final thank you to the outstanding workers they employ. Job well done!

Pete and Mo were extremely professional, did a wonderful job. I am very happy

Had siding done. Great meeting with sales and project manager. Crew did work out great with shift changes according to type of work to be done. All in all everything worked out fine.
