They did my roof in 1 day and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It looks great. The only thing I didn't like was they left the dumpster in my driveway when they were done, but after I talked with Austin, he was able to get it taken away early the next morning so I could get to work on time. I would recommend them.

Communication was clear, and the project manager took the time to explain the quote, timeline, and shingle options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The crew showed up right on time at 7:00 AM, worked efficiently, and completely protected our landscaping and flower beds. When they found a small patch of rotted decking underneath the old shingles, they stopped, took photos to show us, and fixed it quickly for a very fair, upfront price. Best of all, when they finished, the cleanup was so thorough that I haven't found a single stray nail or piece of debris in the yard. Highly professional company and quality work—we couldn't be happier!

My garage roof was leaking around the gutters for years. Another company said it was a gutter issue and gave new gutters… I still had the same issue. Buffalos best explained throughly the issue at hand was the actual roof, and the gutters were installed improperly, hence the ongoing issue. They completed a full tear off and replacement roof, along with a beam that needed to be replaced due to being cracked. The whole process from start to finish was a breeze. Finished in a timely manner within 1-2 days. The employees were courteous, cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Austin, the project manager, kept me in the loop the entire process which was nice to know how everything was going throughout the process. He came back a few days later to follow up, which was nice to go over everything and fix any issues or questions I had about the project. They are a fantastic company to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to refer friends/family to use their services.
