I had a contractor leave me hanging for over two months on a metal roof… during rainy season. My wife and I were panicking as water damage increased. James from Buffalos Best saved us from that nightmare. They got started a day after signing us - he told me it would be done before xmas, but it was done by December 10th and it looks great. These guys are top notch, and to top it all off they gave me a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend using them if you need a roof, siding, or gutters.

I am very happy with my roof. Because my house is old - 114 years old- and quite large, it became an involved process and took longer than originally predicted. The team that did the roof were all hard working. Dominic even came and took down bushes that were in the way. I also had gutters done. Because of the weather, there was a delay in the placement of the gutters. When they were placed, I discovered that one of the downspouts was hooked to an incorrect drainage pipe when they were done, so I called Austin and the office to let them know and also advised the financial services that there would be a delay in my signing off on the completion until the downspout was corrected. Austin had the gutter people come out the next morning to correct the issue. The following day Austin came and did the final walk around and I verified with him that I could call the office if there were any problems that came up. Everyone was notified that I am satisfied with work and that final payment could be made.

Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t yet seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the damn roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. They were anxious to help me as I was to have the roof fixed once and for all, and scheduled to come out the same week. They promptly sent a team over to tarp the roof where it was leaking to spare me until the project could be completed. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call ‘my friends’ at Buffalo’s Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! Had 3 estimates from local roofers and Buffalo’s Best Roofing had the best offer, offering us more bang for our buck. They started early morning and was done by afternoon and everything was cleaned up with no debris left! Austin, Anthony and Ryan were very attentive and polite. Buffalo's Best Roofing did 2 jobs for us: a roof replacement on the garage, and a more custom, labor-intensive job replacing some of the exterior decorative trim on our craftsman house (between the floors and another line a few feet off the ground), as well as 2 rotted window sills. The roofing job was completed quickly and within the agreed-upon time frame (1-3 weeks). The second, harder job, was also supposed to have been completed within 3 weeks, but almost 3 months later (after many calls to the company) the job still hadn't even been scheduled. It wasn't until mid-October, when I asked for the job to be officially canceled and the deposit refunded, that a different contractor (Pete) was engaged. Pete and Jacob started a few days later and worked diligently until the job was completed. Pete was both gracious and responsive when I asked for more attention to certain details. Pete clearly wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and I appreciated this. They cleaned up, were professional, and wanted to make things right... so despite some bumpy moments with the company, I'm giving Buffalo's Best 5 stars for a strong finish.

Peter and Jacob did a roof repair for me. My house was sold and before closing I found a leak near the chimney stack during a driving rain. Buffalo’s Best came and gave me an estimate and fit my job in to be done before closing. Peter and Jacob made fast work of the job replacing the pipes, collar, boot, shingles and sealing the area. They also replaced a couple of nails in the area which were causing the shingles to lift. I highly recommend them for roofing repairs. Thanks Guys!

The Buffalo Best Roofing Company provided a professional service at my 338 E Ferry Street property. They came in protected both houses that were adjacent to my address. Worked with precision and were done within 2.5 days. They were initially referred to me by a Fraternity brother and the price was reasonable. I would suggest contacting Austin directly!!!!

Austin and Dominic and the whole team were great!! I had a leak in my roof from rotted plywood and their team worked Labor Day to do a full tear off to ensure I didn’t have anymore water leaking in. They finished same day and the total process took less than a week. The roof looks great and no more water! I also had a few fixtures come loose that were not properly installed during the project and they reattached them all. Overall the experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend them!

Within two weeks of the initial inquiry about getting our roof replaced we had an estimate, a contract and the roof completed! They were super fast and efficient and overall had fantastic communication with us! I would go back to Buffalo’s Best Roofing in a heart beat! We used Buffalo’s Best for a full roof replacement with 7 skylights. We ran into some issues with the skylight supplier (no fault of Buffalo’s Best), which caused a slight delay. Scott the project manager worked with us to make sure the job was completed as soon as possible. The crew was hard working and did a great job. We are very happy with the appearance of the roof.

We explained that we needed a new roof asap and she was able to book us for a quote the next day. John gave us our estimate and he was quick, straight to the point and answered any questions we had. James, Keith, Austin, Andy, and the rest of the crew at Buffalo's Best Roofing have been fantastic to work with from the beginning. We purchased our first house last year and needed a complete roof replacement, including the decking. Our house is 100 years old and was a challenging project. We had 3 walled in chimneys with a 4th on the back of the house. We also lacked ridge vents or a vent for the bathroom. The bathroom had just been venting into the attic space. I wanted the chimneys brought down beneath the roof line and patched to create a complete roof. Other companies were too leery and hesitant about tackling our chimney situation. To the point that they wouldn't even bother giving us an estimate. James was very courteous and professional from his first visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions, my wife's questions and laid out realistic expectations of the work that needed to be done. Even though our house was a challenge, he took the time to give the roof a proper inspection. He visited us on 3 separate occasions to discuss the work plan. He covered all possible extra material costs that could occur during the removal, and all financing options before I signed the contract. He took the time to work with us on a our budget since we have a large family. We're grateful that James broke down a project that seemed overwhelming at first to a much more manageable situation. We ended up bundling custom fit energy star windows and gutters with the roof project as well. Since we lacked gutters and all of our current windows were not fit properly, which allowed the cold winter air to seep in during our first winter. It took exactly one month from signing the contract for the roof to be installed. Austin corresponded with me as we waited for the permit approval to go over the work that needed to be done, and to make sure the right crew would be available for the day of. Austin and Andy corresponded with me as the work was being done while I was at work. Andy's crew showed up at 8am and the entire roof was replaced the same day. The crew was very courteous of our property and did not damage any of my wife's plants or our property. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly before they left. Making sure to not leave any garbage or nails behind. I would highly recommend Buffalo's Best Roofing to anyone who is in need of repairs, or a replacement. They are extremely knowledgeable and their pricing is upfront and honest. I feel much safer for this upcoming winter season knowing that I have a solid roof to shield and protect my family.

I would recommend Buffalo’s Best! We had a new roof installed on our house and back deck. Everyone in the process from the sales to the crew were extremely professional and respectful of ours and our neighbors property. Also, they had to move an electrical line for the back deck and did so without an additional charge. This was not in the contract. Dominick jumped right in and moved the line. Update: we had a concern so we called. Immediate response within 5 minutes! Pete came over within two days of calling and was able to help us and resolve the problem. The were so responsive and Pete was so nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

This is a follow up review based on some unfinished details and issues surrounding my concrete driveway installation. My thanks to the owner first and Dominic second for hearing my concerns and responding that they would be taken care of. The next thing that happened was the arrival of Dominic, missing only his Superman cape, who took care of what was needed. Over and above which is his usual response Crew came to fill in and level soil and seed at the driveway edge. They even sent a roofing crew to correct a concern I had from the roof installation they did last fall. Am I a satisfied customer? Emphatically so! And a final thank you to the outstanding workers they employ. Job well done!

The concrete work on the carport base and driveway is nothing short of artwork. It was not, however, without some bumps in the road. They knocked out the power in my sunroom and exterior lights after plugging in and using the GFI connected to this room. After a few days and numerous phone calls I received a call from Dominic late in the day yesterday saying I will be over to take care of this. After analyzing the problem he replaced not only the faulty GFI but another one that had nothing to do with this problem. That is over and above satisfying a customer. Dominic is the star of this company. Kudos also to Autumn in the office, who handled my calls with patience and complete professionalism. I do not judge a company based on problems that occur because they always do. I base it on how they handle them and Buffalo’s Best gets 5 stars on this!

Came to my house for a quote on a Thursday signed contract that day! Called me on Monday to say they were 3 weeks out which no big deal that’s usually how it is. Then proceeded to call me 3 days later to say they have an opening on Saturday! Whole roof process took 10 days from contract to install. They installed the roof in one day and it took less than 6 hours (1k sq ft ranch) crew was very polite and kept my yard clean! Would recommend everyone we dealt with weren’t trying to upsell and be pushy about signing the contract unlike other companies.

Buffalo's best (Joe) did an amazing job working on our entry way roof. We had a small area in our front doorway, but caused a huge issue. It was leaking water through to our ceiling. They ripped out the old roofing, installed new wood, waterproofed it, new roof tile, and new siding around the area. It is good as new. They did an amazing job, and the cost was not bad compared to some other compaines. They communicated throughout the whole experience.

This company is amazing and I highly recommend them. I had nothing but the best experience from the salesman who came to my house, to Austin who kept me informed on the status of when the job would begin and to Dominic the friendliest, most outgoing and helpful supervisor around. The roofers were fast, friendly and very professional. I am beyond impressed with the job they did and the cleanup that they left behind. First, the Salesman came out already prepared with roof size estimates based on satellite photos. After inspection of the roof and area around the house, we discussed my areas of concerns and special needs on gutter adjustment etc. after his calculations we discussed the company and the quotation. I received 5 quotes and chose to go with Buffalo’s Best competitive quote. Once the permit was issued the roof was scheduled quickly. The crew arrived at 7:50 10 min ahead of plan. They spread protective netting around the house to protect plants etc from debris. Out with the old and up with the new. Dominic the project lead coordinated the materials and personally took care of the special requirements. The team cleaned up, filled the dumpster and left the grounds like they had never been there. I dreaded having to replace my roof. I did not know the company or the individuals before this. I can honestly say, I can not imagine anyone being able to do a better job!

Just completed a full tear-off roof replacement with this company. Excellent experience throughout - the job was done in one day with a second day to replace the gutters, and everything looks great. This company did a wonderful job. I’m very happy with the outcome. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the young lady I spoke with to set up the appointment for an estimate, to Anthony the salesman, the crew chief Austin, who I only got to speak to on the phone because I had a previous commitment that day and Domenic the other crew chief who came back to collect supplies and do a once over. The job was done quickly even with the high temperatures and everything was cleaned up beautifully. I have a list of other projects for the future and I’ll be sure to contact this company first.

We have serious weather-related damage to our roof that caused a leak and caused serious damage to the inside of the house. Pete & MO came out to look at it and were very knowledgeable and professional about what needs to be done. Great experience working with Buffalo’s Best Roofing. They explained every step of the process, they identified errors in the original construction of my roof that eventually caused our roof to fail and leak and came up with a plan to correct it. Their employees are very professional and left the yard better than when they arrived.

I want to thank the people at BBRC for their help when I needed it the most! Unfortunately, 8 years ago, a contractor did a very lousy, incomplete job replacing the roof (a complete tear off down to the rafters). Afterwards, shingles blowing off needed to be replaced too frequently. This is a rental property that is very important to me. There was significant damage from a recent heavy rain and again some missing shingles. I called BBRC and asked for a quote for the replacements and also for a complete tear off. Scott gave me a number that was much lower than what I had in my head, so I opted for a complete new roof. Then it was a matter of scheduling the job: 2 weeks and snow on the way! So I would need a tarp or temp shingles before the job even started and asked Scott for that quote. I was SO relieved when told that he didn't want me to waste money, so they bumped the job up! It took 1 day to tear off shingles, some damaged plywood, and properly replace the entire roof...and clean up! Dominic and his team arrived early and completed the job as the sun was setting. I can't tell you how happy I am to not worry about that roof now. It looks beautiful! A wonderful professional job! Thank you all at BBRC! Oh, and I used them on a smaller project at another location too! They are definitely in my contacts and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
